Martin takes very good care of my car and informs me what we should do when I bring my car in for service. I am a very happy customer . However, I will say that the Cleaning of my vehicle is and hasn't been good, and for four times the inside of my car was not cleaned I came home and cleaned it. You need to focus your attention to this. I pay to have the inside of my car cleaned and since I do I expect it to be done. I am a widow my husband took care of my car when he was alive I only have you now to depend on for this . I'm willing to pay if the job is done correctly. Thank you so much. For the second time in a row I was charged for service that wasn’t performed. Technician admitted it once he was confronted. Unprofessional behavior from the service advisor on handling it. Wanted to offer me a free service in another 5k miles but will never be bringing my vehicle back there. Shame on them for running a shady/fraudulent shop and for it to happen 2 times. Complaint filed with Nissan Consumer Affairs at the corporate level. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. who knows how many people have been scammed. More

My car broke down in a remote area and I called Josh after not being able to find a mechanic anywhere nearby. My car had been serviced the week before and I thought the service might have been related after not being able to find a mechanic anywhere nearby. My car had been serviced the week before and I thought the service might have been related to the breakdown. Josh was very kind and helpful and really calmed the situation. He made sure I knew that when I found a tow truck to take me back to Va, the service dept would be ready for my arrival. I even had to call Josh back after AAA failed to find me adequate towing, and he recommending a towing service I used and was happy with. Josh had to leave before I could be towed, but left my information with his associate Kevin. Kevin was ready for me when the tow truck arrived and had a technician immediately get the car into the back as soon as possible. Luckily the problem was found and resolved and Kevin waived the labor costs and got my wife and I back n the road quickly. Josh especially really went above and beyond, and gave my wife and I peace of mind while we were stuck across state lines in a town with no services. More
