Once we came to an agreement on price, terms, trade-in, and everything else (which was very easy with Steve and Brian), the length of time it took to see the financial person was painfully long. Not sure if they were understaffed on that day or what, but that part of the process was way too long. Otherwise the experience was terrific and we will be definitely be back. More
