Finally, after paying f Front tires on my 2016 Mustang are going bald. Two times I've brought it in for service and the alignment tool wasn't working. Finally, after paying for an alignment, they find it's not an alignment issue. Even though I've paid for the extended warranty, nothing is covered. It's going to cost me $900 to keep my 2016 Mustang on the road. I have had the car serviced and tires rotated on their recommendations. The only thing I've gotten from Tri State is "sucks to be you." I will NEVER do business with them again. More

Complete Fraud and Failure of a Service Manager Took a 2013 Ford Escape under warranty to have a transmission service. Trying to charge me for services not requested, very rude and unprofessional. Service Department-excellent service We received excellent service from Tri State. Our truck broke down outside of Amarillo on our vacation and we had it towed to Tri State. They did everything they said they would do and at the time they said they needed. They even called when they said they would. They gave us a "good enough" option to get us through vacation and back home. They very easily could have up-sold us, but didn't. We were very impressed with their service. More
Thank you so much I would like to express my warmest appreciation to all the team of Tri-State Ford of Amarillo, but particularly to Mr. Brian Shannon for the exception I would like to express my warmest appreciation to all the team of Tri-State Ford of Amarillo, but particularly to Mr. Brian Shannon for the exceptional service I received, while I was there, for repairs on my Ford Focus. When you find yourself 2000 miles away from home (in Canada) with a transmission issue, and when you learn that the part for the required repair is back-order for several months nation-wide in the USA (where you happen be just then), that makes for a stressful situation indeed. It is thanks to Mr. Brian Shannon, who took the time to listen to me carefully and to give me judicious advice about what I could do next, that I was able to get out of my predicament and recover the use of my vehicle in what I think is an exceptionally short time. For Mr. Shannon, the client's satisfaction is not just marketing spin. After listening to me, he suggested that I contact my dealer in Canada to see if they could do anything for me in this rather unusual circumstance. Following this advice, I was able to obtain from my canadian dealer that he ships the required part to Tri-State Ford in Amarillo in order for them to make the repair. Yes I was surely lucky but, without Mr. Shannon's advice, I was stuck. I also want to extend my thanks to all the Tri-State Ford team in Amarillo who worked quickly and efficiently to get my car back in order in the shortest timeframe. Finally, thanks to the unknown employee who drove me back to the rental car agency so that I could return the car I had to rent during this saga. I am sure he finished work past closing time that day, because we were already awfully close to closing-time when we got started. Thanks to all. More

First, a yo On Saturday April 11th while in route from Ohio to Las Vegas, my 2014 Ford Edge blew a tire on I-40 just east of Amarillo on an overpass. First, a young man came along and offered to change the tire and get away from a dangerous location, leading us to Tri-State Ford dealer before AAA arrived to help. Cody Bradford in the Service Dept. took over and was wonderful. He helped cancel the AAA call, checked out the warranty, found a replacement tire, and sent us on our way two-and-a-half hours later. What could have been a total nightmare was not, thanks to the young man who stopped to help us on the road and thanks to Cody for handling the situation with efficiency and courtesy. We were very impressed and grateful! Thank you, Cody! More
Took my vehicle in because i had a problem,. They assured me i would have it back quickly. Long story short vehicle had been there for 14 days. Say they will call to let me know what is going on. yeah right. Vehicle still not fixed. if i would have known it would have taken this long, and knew it would take forever for them to contact me, if at all...I would have avoided this place altogether. Good intentions, bad service. More
