I have had nothing but great experiences at Tri State Ford. I went in for an oil, lub and filter. During the routine check they found that my battery was low so they took care of that and I had forgotte Ford. I went in for an oil, lub and filter. No problem with the rental until I turned it in and a day or two later was told I damaged the front wheel. I told em if I had to pay for the wheel I want the old one. They replaced it and I paid $760. I picked up the wheel when I came back to town however it was for a 2010 Ford Edge ($541)and I paid for a 2016 Ford Fusion ($760). You tell me did I really damage the car .?? More

They are honoring the warranty but they don't care about your time. They won't or can't do anything without consulting the "hotline" then blame them for the work not fixing anything. More

Replace mirror They just installed a new mirror which I bought from them so they made money on the part and on the labor which is to be expected. They charged $44.5 They just installed a new mirror which I bought from them so they made money on the part and on the labor which is to be expected. They charged $44.50 for 1/2 hour of labor that is $89 per hour. Then they added $4.45 for shop supplies. There were no shop supplies used this is just another way for them to screw the returning customer. I may never go back to them again for anything. They should have kept Dallas Berry in service and it would have been twice as good. More

The AM Radio on my 2013 Lincoln MKS had poor A Tri-State Ford Lincoln in Maryville, MO, has an excellent, competent Service Department and Personnel. The AM Radio on my 2013 Lincoln MKS had poor AM reception from the time of purchase in May 2012. Numerous visits to my local dealership did not fix the AM reception problem, despite the replacement of the radio, electrical wiring harness, and module(s). Two and a half years later, the AM radio was fixed after working with a Lincoln Representative who made an appointment for me to get a second opinion at Tri-State Ford Lincoln in Maryville, MO. The Tri-State Service Manager, Steve Schons, listened to my description of the AM radio reception problem and directed his best Technician to find the cause. At the end of the day, the Technician had diagnosed the problem was due to faulty wiring but needed another day to disassemble the dashboard panel to trace and find the faulty wiring. Because they needed to keep my car another day or two, Mr. Schons provided me a new Lincoln MKZ to drive while they fixed my AM radio. The next day, Mr. Schons called and told me they had fixed the AM radio reception which was caused by a broken wire. Needless to say, I am delighted to finally have a working Am radio. I highly recommend the Service Department and Personnel at Tri-State Lincoln in Maryville, MO. More

I would definitely consider having future work done there. My wife wanted to look at different vehicles, which is how we ran into Marshall. I have dealt with much better sales personnel, and of course, a few worse ones. What sold us on the vehicle was the care we received from Rick, the sales manager, and Chad the finance officer. We had prior experience with Chad when he was employed with a different dealership in town. These two individuals were very helpful and very interested in our needs, we couldn't seem to make that connection with Marshall. After the purchase of the vehicle, for clarification it was used, I found a few smaller problems with it. My wife delivered the title of the vehicle we traded to Tri-State two days after we purchased the car. She approached Marshall and made him aware of these issues, my wife was told these issues 'could' have happened once the vehicle left the lot. If we wanted them repaired we could schedule an appointment. What upset us the most was the problems we found were the hood release cable inside the car was not hooked up. This made it very difficult to open the hood. The other issue was a tire pressure sensor malfunctioning and tripping a code. Marshall had assured us that used vehicles are looked over very closely when they are traded in. How were these issues missed. I know this does not fall solely on Marshall, but we bought the car two days before. I guess we expected too much for the service department to take a look at them. In the future I can see us having some vehicles serviced there if we can't get it done elsewhere, but this was the first and last time we will buy a vehicle there. More
