I went online to get information about the Ford Fiesta. I was then directed to submit an online credit check. I immediatly got an email and a phone call from Jack Pierce who was very courteous and profession was then directed to submit an online credit check. I immediatly got an email and a phone call from Jack Pierce who was very courteous and professional. He encouraged me to come in the next day to see what he had in stock and I did. I wound up purchasing the 2014 Ford Fiesta and I LOVE IT! The original phone call from Jack was at 8:30 on Friday night & I drove away with my new car before 6:30 Saturday afternoon! The whole process was very speedy and hassle free. I later found out that the dealership closes at 7 pm but that they had held a meeting after work & that is why he was able to call me so late that evening. I feel that he went above the call of duty by calling me after having already put in a full work day. Jack and the dealership have called and emailed me just make sure that I am happy with my purchase. The general manager, Jonathan Poe even checked in with me on Monday. Unlike my experience in the past, when Michael approached me at the dealership I felt no pressure at all. Just two guys talking about trucks. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
