Very friendly staff I had my heart set on another car, but I didn't want to buy anything until I checked out all my options. For once It was amazing the time and effort mr. Fisher spent with me. He did not stop helping even after the deal was done, he walked me thru every detail and It was amazing the time and effort mr. He did not stop helping even after the deal was done, he walked me thru every detail and in a way i could actually understand.He really made me feel like he wanted me to have a car, not just that he wanted the sale. The whole process took almost two days but he never treated me like a customer, more as a family He is what made my experience at this dealership,he is the reason why i will never buy any car from anywhere else. He has earned me and more importantly my entire familys loyalty, and nowadays that says a tremendous amout about someone. I would suggest him to anyone and everyone, wether its your first car or last car. In closing Mr. Fisher is my car guy period. More

Thrilled with my new Ford Escape I have been working on purchasing a new vehicle for some time. With many visits on the web I landed on Tri-State Ford. Found what I was interested in I have been working on purchasing a new vehicle for some time. With many visits on the web I landed on Tri-State Ford. Found what I was interested in and inquired. Jack Pierce contacted me in no time. Discussed what I was looking for and he found what I needed. I then, went to the dealership and he showed me what he had that fit my needs. Jack knows about vehicles. We went for a test drive and I was impressed. I decided which one and I wanted and we talked about financing. We made a deal. I was surprised that I didn't have to stay there for three hours to get this done. Everyone there worked together and I was out in no time. From the time I got there until the time I left, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Going on line was the best bet for me. I narrowed down what I wanted then Jack did all the work. Thanks Jack.
