Second Choice I had started out @ Gene Messer Ford on Soncy since I live right down the road. I was @ the north end at first looking @ the F-250's Then I went to the center to look at the new F-150's I had been there 45 mins so far and not 1 sales person had ask me or even come up to me @ that time! ( and yes they were on the lot at least I had seen 3 - 1 on his cell phone and had looked my way and the other 2 in a golf cart looking at a cell phone as well ) SO I took my unhappy Butt off the Lot and went to Tri-State Ford where I was greeted by Armen ( not pushy but just right for a car sales person ) It took me a couple of days to finally decide on which Truck to get and he ( Armen ) was GREAT the whole time. Then we meet the Sales Mgr. John Simikian and he as well wasn't over pushy or over bearing. Long story -short I bought a New F-150 and helped my son and his wife buy their very 1st. new Ford as well. We will always deal with this dealership ( Tri-State Ford ) from now on. Everyone at this Dealership was Top-Notch in my books. More

New Purchase I have purchased many cars but this was one of the more pleasant times. And after the sale they have followed thru with everything the told me they would do. And as my purchase was late on Dec 24th they and Tim Boggs stayed to complete the deal and get me on the road that very evening. Not many would do this. We were the only ones there that night. And I can not say enough about Rhonda. She is extremely friendly and helpful. I would hire her at the drop of a hat as my receptionist. Tri-State Ford is extremely lucky to have her. More

When I came back after quick lunch he had left for lunch, Micheal Story helped me the rest of the way and was very helpful and did everything he could for me. John Simikian was the manager working with Micheal and he was very friendly and worked with me very well. Paul Willis went over my finance papers with me and was very detailed, sweet man. The entire team made buying this car the easiest purchase I have ever made. It was SUCH a wonderful experience. Rhonda the receptionist was very positive and explained about this survey in great detail. My husband and I bought our vehicle before this one from Tri-State and will defiantly be back! More
