I had spoken with several dealerships and salesmen but Jack was different, there are not enough good things I can say about this gentleman; he was kind and extremely helpful and honest. Jack made our experience go from stressful and overwhelming to exciting and effortless. To find excellent quality service from a dealership now-a-days is hard, but EVERY SINGLE PERSON at Tri-State Ford went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable about our decision. Roger was our numbers guy and he did everything in his power to get us right where we needed to be, even though it meant they would lose some money. We were able to purchase the vehicle we fell in love with, thanks to Roger working his magic. Paul, with financing, went the extra mile to make sure we got the extra warranty and GAP coverage for a rock bottom price so that it didn't add too much onto our payments. The Best Dealership Anywhere Let me start by saying I have "NEVER" seen a dealership quite like this one!!!! My daughter was in a predicament where there was a possibility that sh Let me start by saying I have "NEVER" seen a dealership quite like this one!!!! My daughter was in a predicament where there was a possibility that she might lose the vehicle she was in, due to circumstances beyond her control. Talking to a long time standing friend of the family, Justin Hulsey, she found out that he worked for Tri-State and explained her situation. Her brother was willing to help get her into a vehicle that was solely in her name, for a price that he could afford as a cash price. She explained this to Justin who was then on the hunt. In just a few days, Justin contacted Summer with a picture of a 2004 Hyundai Elantra, and then she sent it to me. The car was really nice but priced a little higher than what her brother intended originally. The car had just came in and hadn't even been detailed yet. So I spoke with Justin and asked if he could send pics to her brother and sent him his phone number. Let me tell you he went above and beyond doing three videos of a walk around and describing every single detail about this car, inside and out! It was phenomenal!!! Josh sent me a message back along with the money and said "GET IT". But at this time Summer didn't know she was fixing to have that car because it was priced higher. So Big Surprise!!! We went to the dealership looking for Justin who we hadn't seen in twenty years and the staff was wonderful!!! Leading us to the service dept where we found our long time friend. After all the hugs Justin led us in and introduced us to J.T. who was open with smiles, laughter and handshakes. He took us out to the car, showed it to us, handed the keys to Summer to drive, and we including my grand-kids all looked baffled. We're not from Amarillo so really had no idea where he was telling us to go. He laughed, told the kids "Move over I'm going with you". LOL! What a sigh of relief. Now you must envision this small car with my daughter being 6' and my grand-son being 15, in the back at 6'3, my grand-daughter 13 at 5'7, and poor J.T. all squeezed in this little back seat. We had a blast and laughed the whole time!!! When we got back he took us inside giving each of us a bottle of water. As we sat there, Rhonda was such a sweetheart and just kept talking and congratulating Summer on the car. J.T came back, took us in the finance office to speak with Tim. Tim thoroughly went over each piece of paper that Summer had to sign. (Which I failed to mention earlier, Summer's brother wanted pics from beginning to end.) So everybody got their pictures taken. LOL! He was so thorough that when it came time for questions we had none!!! He was awesome!!! Then the Bigger Surprise happened!!!! We were walking out of Tim's office not paying attention and talking to each other when there was all this clapping and congratulating going on. We looked up and I think every employee in the place had formed two lines as we walked through cheering. Although this wasn't a brand new car, it was new for Summer and one that she could call her very own. Thanks to the dedication of Justin, her brother~Josh Titus, J.T, Rhonda, Tim, and your staff you made one newly single mom's dream come true and a reality!!!! There is no other place or people I would rather do business with than your Tri-State Ford!!! You have the "Best of the Best" and should be honored and proud to have such caring, loyal, and dedicated people working for you and your customers.
