All of the staff, including Tim Boggs in Finance and Holly Collier, Receptionist, were friendly and helpful with any request. As soon as me and my mother walked into the dealership, granted it was very early we were greeted with warm smiles and asked if we would like some coffee from the receptionist Rhonda Rose. We told her about our story and why we had came all the way to Amarillo, because the facebook post that Dean Mead had made advertising the year end sales. When we asked if he was there she told us that he hadn't came in yet, so she got me set up with John Griego who was very nice and quickly got all of the information that he needed from me. About an hour later around 9 o'clock Dean came and and greeted me and my mother and sat with us while all the information was being processed, making the trip seem much shorter then it was. About an hour and a half later everything was ready for financing and we were greeted by Tim Boggs and Wacey Williams. Tim quickly took us to his office and started the process of signing, and Wacey was sitting in the corner observing since he had just been promoted to the finance department that day. They were both super nice and kept a good conversion with me and my mother throughout the entire signing. After all was done all the employees congratulated me on the way out and made the whole process feel very warm and inviting. More

Super Salesman, Super Service, Super Satisfied!! I can't stop smiling. I was looking for a reliable truck at a good price and I needed it right away. I am taking my family to a Denver Broncos game I can't stop smiling. I was looking for a reliable truck at a good price and I needed it right away. I am taking my family to a Denver Broncos game and was not comfortable leaving my 70yr old mother behind with only an okay vehicle. I filled out a questionnaire online and then Jack Pierce from Tri-State Ford called me. I explained my dilemma. He understood my urgency and the importance of my mother's safety and my peace of mind. He got some information from me, my preferences and price range and said he would find something for me. He even took the time to call my mother and get her opinion and thoughts. Jack texted me and Tim called me within an hour, with the perfect truck, for me. We exchanged pics of the truck, some text messages and quite a few phone calls between the three of us. (Thank you Holly Collier for being such a polite and friendly voice everytime I called.) By the end of the day we were in Tim's (the other Tim) office signing paperwork and I drove my pickup home with a huge smile on my face the very same day.
