Horrible *EDIT* but fixed what they broke My wife and I went there a couple of months ago to look at vehicles, they test drove our car to get an estimate of the trade-in value and broke our su My wife and I went there a couple of months ago to look at vehicles, they test drove our car to get an estimate of the trade-in value and broke our sunroof shade cover. It has an automatic shade that you can move back and forth using a BUTTON and not force. We got in our car to leave and it was opened but we didn't think anything of it until we got home and tried to close it and it wouldn't close! We went back up to the dealership and they denied using the sunroof and also denied breaking it. I can't remember the name of the guy that drove it but he said that we could bring it in to the dealership the following week and they could try to make it stay closed but wouldn't fix it. This is a disgrace of a dealership and I'm ashamed that we have them in our town. They are owned by a company that is trying to monopolize the dealerships in Amarillo. That isn't the only thing that happened, before we had tried to do business with them and the gave us a rather high price on a vehicle when you added the payments up. It seems like they try to force you into purchasing a car based on payments but when we did the math, there seemed to be an extra $4k on the price that we couldn't figure out where it came from. When we presented the information to them and wanted an explanation they could not present us with one and pretty much ignored us and stopped all communication after that point in time. This was at another dealership that the mother company owns in Amarillo. All in all it was a horrible experience and I will NOT be buying a car from any of these dealerships again. **Update** We worked with Mr. Justice about resolving the problem that they caused. He was professional and courteous. He had our issues fixed with no problem. I still wouldn't fully recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here but I'm not 100% opposed to it like I was before. It's sad that I had to do this to get the problem that they caused fixed but Mr. Justice took care of everything once I contacted him. More
