Great sales person, questionable finance office We found a 2016 F250 online and got in touch with the sales guy Conner. He went out and took a video for us as we were coming from about an hour away. Once we got there the truck was in great shape and Conner was great to work with. We agreed on the price and trade in amount and we felt like we were getting a great deal. 5 out of 5 stars for Conner. It was in the finance office with Tim that the process began to get frustrating. After listening to his pitches on the warranty products, I politely declined and just wanted to finance the vehicle without additional products. He started having me sign pages and when we got to the sales order I noticed that the sales price was $2,500.00 more than what we agreed on. He tried to convince me that was the sales price I agreed to and I asked him to refer to the price sheet that I signed on with Conner. He then printed a new sales sheet with the new price and tried to convince me that was the one I agreed to which clearly wasnt the one I signed. When he finally pulled the sheet I signed he acknowledged the price and reprinted the sales order. This time I reviewed it and the price was correct but there was a $600 service contract. I asked him to remove that and he apologized saying the computer added it on. We finally got the correct amount on the sales order and I signed off on it. When we got to the bank documents he had me e-sign a pad in his office but did not show me the contract. Since the price was already wrong twice I wanted to double check the total amount financed and interest rate we agreed on. When I asked for him to print it he said there was another computer problem and he had to redo the whole thing. I don't know if he had to correct the amount again or if was a computer problem but by this point everything was very suspect. He finally printed me the contract and after an hour and half I got out of there. I generally like to give people the benefit of the doubt but after multiple discrepancies it seemed he was either trying to sneak in profit or needs retraining on how to use the system and get correct numbers. The truck buying experience and price were all fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Conner. 5 stars for Conner, price, vehicle quality. 1 star for the finance office. More
Easy Transaction I called and talked with general manager John Justice about what I was looking for. Two days later I came in and met with salesman Jimmy Skaggs. Mr. Justice showed me what was available and then I sat down with Jimmy and we worked out a deal that was amicable to both parties. I walked away very happy and the dealership was very happy. Dealership needs new management I had an excellent experience with my salesman ephraim. He really went to work and found me the truck i was looking for. I can't say enough good things about this sales professional! Ephraim did an excellent job and i am pleased with dealing with him he is very professional, friendly, and personable . The finance manager (tim) and used car manager (joseph) there's something else to be said about them. The management at this dealership is horrible. I did not have a good experience with the management. Tim and joseph really showed me why i really don't want to do business there again! Management needs some coaching. I really do hope it's addressed and takin care of. Tim and joseph aren't very professional, friendly or personsable they make it difficult to deal with and my overall experience with them are not good. I seen it with other customers while i was in the dealership and not just with myself. There's numerous people i want to refer but i am not confident enough that the management will treat who i send there right. All in all if it were not for my good experience with Ephraim i would not have bought this truck! More

Terrible customer service!!!! We bought a car and had problems in less than 5 days and bought a warranty and they refuse to fix it saying we have to wait 30 days until the warranty We bought a car and had problems in less than 5 days and bought a warranty and they refuse to fix it saying we have to wait 30 days until the warranty takes over because they didn't do a good inspection on the car. The finance people that sell you the warranty will lie to try and sell you more and say things are free that aren't And then they put it on top of your loan. I will never do business with them again or recommend anybody else to!!!!! More
