Michael Bishop (sales) made my experience more than enjoyable. He was professional and reassuring that he would make the deal happen. He never gave up and as a result I was able to obtain the vehicle that best suited my needs. He eased my mind with his professionalism and his ability to identify with a person's needs (emotional and material). The receptionist, Rhonda Rose) made the visit even more enjoyable. She was able to put the customer first even when preoccupied with her task. She was friendly and treated me as she had known me for years. Tim Boggs (Finance) was efficient and very through with the financial end of my visit. He not only double checked but triple check the paperwork to ensure every faucet of the deal was complete. It took no time to complete the deal and I left with a smile on my face and a new car. As I left he encouraged me to contact him with any questions I had.
