Ephraim is the Man I was looking at trading off my big diesel to get back into a half ton truck and Ephraim couldn’t have been more helpful! He was easy to work with and I was looking at trading off my big diesel to get back into a half ton truck and Ephraim couldn’t have been more helpful! He was easy to work with and wasn’t pushy and found me almost exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely be back in the future as long as he is here! The only issue I have had was with everything else after papers were signed. I was promised a check within a week...going on almost three weeks later...I still have not received the check I was promised. I have made numerous visits to the dealership to see what was going on and they keep drawing it out. Not pleased whatsoever with that. Service while browsing was phenomenal. Service after I was transferred to another representative..pretty far beyond sub par More
