internet purchase This turned out so simple, I was blown away. I was looking on Tri States website for a used pickup, since I live 45 miles away I did not have the t This turned out so simple, I was blown away. I was looking on Tri States website for a used pickup, since I live 45 miles away I did not have the time to go to the dealership and spend a day looking. I found a pickup that I liked in Lubbock, filled out the pre qualification form and received a text from Deam Mead. He told the truck was still available but wanted to know what I was looking for. I told him my payment range that I need to stay with in. He sent me pictures of a few they had on the lot in Amarillo and when I found one I really liked he sent me more pictures. I told him I would think about and let him know the next day. There was no pressure applied, suprising for a car salesman. The next morning I sent him a text to let him know that I wanted it. He said they would deliver it to me and if was not everything that he told me, I could send it back. They delivered the truck to my work, it was even nicer than the pictures, I signed the paper work in the convenience of my office, handed the driver the keys to my trade in and the deal was done. I could not believe how simple this was to buy a new vehicle. I give Dean Mead and Tri State Ford 5 stars. They went above board to make sure I was pleased. I will go back for my next truck.
