The financing department was too fast and not explained well During the finance process I thought I was getting a Ford Warranty. That was not the case; it was a local warranty. I also purchased a window warranty During the finance process I thought I was getting a Ford Warranty. That was not the case; it was a local warranty. I also purchased a window warranty and found out later that it was not part of the warranty and was a separate cost. Initially I was there for a service call. The service department made it sound like I needed a new engine at a cost of 10-20,000., even though I had a Ford extended warranty. It was more cost effective to buy a new vehicle. More

John is an amazing GM, never have I meet a more personal general manager of a dealership that gives someone the time of day regardless of making a sale or not.
