I had an issue with my 2011 F150 pickup and the service department was patient and diligent in finding the problem and following through with a solution. When the service was completed I traded that pickup for a new 2014 pickup. My husband had done the previous trades with this dealership. He passed away in 2013 so I was on my own with this one. Everyone who I came in contact with was professional, pleasant and accommodating. There was no high pressure sales pitch or pressure to make a quick decision. It was a “win-win” situation. I am a happy owner of a new pickup and they gained another satisfied customer! I look forward to a lasting relationship with this organization. It was exactly as Bob described it over the phone and turned out to be the best experience that we have ever had buying a vehicle. Bob went out of his way to make sure every question that we had was answered and with no high pressure. We are very particular and to the point that I even crawled under the vehicle to look for any problems and the whole time Bob was patient and understanding. Rick Moss did an excellent job searching every option that was available for us to finance and found the very best deal for us. Rick takes the time to listen to your personal needs then helps you find what works best for you. Very Very nice people and easy to visit with.
