They were both very helpful and went above and beyond getting as a good deal on our car and a good deal for our trade-in (which we also purchased at Tri-State Ford. When it came time for the financing, Brad was extra helpful explaining things to us and helping us get a payment in our price range. Both Brad and Todd were committed to getting our deal done and stayed late (well after the closing time) to get us in our car that day. Great Service, Great people, Couple of small problems My experience was excellent when it came to dealing with the people. They were nice and acted friendly. The inspection turned up some "problems" that were recent replacements/services. No big deal. My only real problem was with the quoted tire price vs the actual tire price. Which after returning to the shop was resolved. Would I recommend? yes but have that quote price with you to compare immediately after the service. I didn't have the quote with me to compare and the price did seem just a bit high. More

He also did what was necessary, with some assistance from Todd Hayes, to try to find just the right vehicle with all the options I desired. Tim and Todd were both enjoyable to work with! The less enjoyable part of my experience was the finance process. The process itself was fine, but the interaction felt forced and Brad was sometimes busy with personal texts while I was waiting. They stayed in constant touch to update us on their findings and results throughout the process. They not only got us the car we really wanted , but they got it within the requested.price range. Even with a specific request on make , model, and exterior and interior color, they accomplished this for us within a week of first contact and the fact that we live 175 miles away. The car they located for us was almost 500 miles away this dealership! This was by far our best car purchase experience ever!
