From the time I stepped on the lot to the end, the process was good. I worked with Alex Brown who, even though he was wet behind the ear, he went above and beyond to answer all my questions. And when it came to dealing with a trade in and getting down to working on a price, Rick Moss was able to quickly get it all setup correctly. I would recommend this place for buying a vehicle. I know that I will come here for our next one and will recommend this location to all my friends and family. More

Vehicle rental I rented a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Todd Hill /Tri State Ford. No problem with the rental until I turned it in and a day or two later was told I d I rented a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Todd Hill /Tri State Ford. No problem with the rental until I turned it in and a day or two later was told I damaged the front wheel. I told em if I had to pay for the wheel I want the old one. They replaced it and I paid $760. I picked up the wheel when I came back to town however it was for a 2010 Ford Edge ($541)and I paid for a 2016 Ford Fusion ($760). You tell me did I really damage the car .?? More
