I was able to look, test drive, and start the buying process all within a couple of hours. It was a pretty easy buying experience. Recall appointment was at 10:00, car went in at 10:00. Repair time was quoted to be 45 minutes, car was ready at 10:45, just as promised. We were from St Joseph and had taken the vehicle to the St Joseph Repair time was quoted to be 45 minutes, car was ready at 10:45, just as promised. We were from St Joseph and had taken the vehicle to the St Joseph Ford dealership for the same service, they had our car for five hours before they announced they didn't have the parts to repair our vehicle even I had called the day before to confirm parts were available. Never again!! Tri State will be our preferred service dealer from here on even though it is a 45 minute drive. More

Sales staff is great but service department is something to be desired.
