The crew at tri state was very helpful. I took my vehicle in for service due to a recall. They ordered the parts and called as soon as they came in to set up a repair time. I took the car in a few days later for the repair that was going to take around three hours. I normally would have had my wife pick me up but she had broken her ankle a couple of days earlier. I asked if there was any way I could get a ride home because I didn’t want to leave her alone because of her ankle. They not only got me home but delivered my car back to me when it was finished.
