I have had an issue with my auto start stop on my 2018 Ford escape titanium not functioning. I have taken it into the dealership twice for repair. My total cost as of now is around $450 and they still don Ford escape titanium not functioning. I have taken it into the dealership twice for repair. I am very dissatisfied with the service and trying to call them back to find out what they are going to do to make it right has been impossible. Nobody wants to answer the phone. I’m at the point right now where I feel like. I almost have to get a job just to be able to fix my car where it’s running right and I’m not able to work anymore so it’s very discouraging. More
We have called six times today to get an update on an issue that has been unresolved since February, only to get transferred to full mailboxes or "disconnected" each time. Poor customer service. But after it went out of warranty if I paid 900 dollars they could fix it right. Don't trust them!!!!! More

Big shot out to Barry Rock Service advisor. We had engine trouble on our way though Branson on a Sunday. We are from Minnesota. We had to be towed to your ford dealership on a Sunday morning. We had engine trouble on our way though Branson on a Sunday. We are from Minnesota. We had to be towed to your ford dealership on a Sunday morning. Barry called me Monday morning to get some additional information and that they should be able to look at the truck in later that morning. He called me at 1100 and told me what they found. The truck was repaired and we were back on the road at 1:00 pm that day. I would like to thank Barry for his great service and mechanic for the awesome service they provided.
