Car was just as described (perfect) Paperwork was quick and easy. Absolutely the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had (and I usually buy at least one car a year). I recommend Tri-Lakes to my friends here in Az...Its just a quick 2 hour flight to Springfield and Lucky picked me up at the hotel and gave me a ride to the dealership. Tim, Internet Manager, had Gordon, Sales, contact me because Gordon had all the info on the car I was looking at. It usually feels like you are getting passed around but not with these guys...Tim explained that Gordon sold the car new and took it back in on trade so he could answer any questions I had. Logan, paperwork/finance, was a pleasure to work with...mentioned everything that was available but no pressure at all. I really enjoyed the 45 minute or so ride with Lucky to the dealership. I am a shuttle driver for a Harley dealership and know how important that job is to the Managers...He hears it all and a great guy to talk to. More
