Tristan helped sync our phones to the Escape, but I am having issues with mine. I called yesterday and left a message for him to return a call and I haven't heard back yet. We also financed the vehicle and I had a question regarding if we would receive a statement each month or how we would make the payments. I have called Logan twice and left messages for a return call and I haven't heard back from him either. I feel that those issues with your customer service needs to be addressed. It's like you got our money and now you're done with us. That's not a good way to handle business. More
