I was coming back from WalMart and stopped in Tri-Lakes to just look at a car I had been wanting for a year or so. Doug Fischer brought it around for me and showed me all the features on it. We took it f to just look at a car I had been wanting for a year or so. Doug Fischer brought it around for me and showed me all the features on it. We took it for a spin and in less than an hour and a half, I was driving home in it. I love my new car. Thanks also to Trevor Whitcomb for all the paperwork. A great experience overall. More

I bought my first brand new truck here. I was originally looking at an identical truck from a dealer in Springfield but the sales team didn't seem interested in answering my questions and d I was originally looking at an identical truck from a dealer in Springfield but the sales team didn't seem interested in answering my questions and didn't seem to want to make a sale unless I did it at a time convenient to them. I began looking for other options and I am very glad I did! Within minutes of filling out a query online, I was contacted by Ted. He was very courteous and took care to get all of the information I needed. I was very pressed on time and Ted made sure to have the truck up front and center for me to check out and test drive and had the bottom line up front on pricing and incentives. I needed to get back to work and wouldn't be able to get back until later that evening, but he stayed late to close the deal: he took care of the customer in order to make the sale. My positive experience continued on from Ted in sales to trade-in valuation to Trevor in the finance department right on to the finishing line with taking possession. If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and start with Tri-Lakes. They have all of the modern technology to make the sale easy, but with a healthy dose of good old-fashioned salesmanship. Thanks! More
