I had a wonderful experience first with Barry Rock taking care of my brake issue on my 2001 Excursion and then Ted Rantz asked me if I would be interested in trading in my 2020 Expedition for a new 2021 and care of my brake issue on my 2001 Excursion and then Ted Rantz asked me if I would be interested in trading in my 2020 Expedition for a new 2021 and what a great guy to deal with!
