Today was our first purchase from Tri-Lakes Ford Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. We went there to look at a new Ford F-150 XLT truck yesterday. We drove a new 2022 F-150 and loved it but with the current chip Chrysler Jeep Ram. We went there to look at a new Ford F-150 XLT truck yesterday. We drove a new 2022 F-150 and loved it but with the current chip challenge in the U.S., some of the standard technical stuff was deleted from this new vehicle. We decided to wait and go home and give it more thought before a purchase. While browsing the inventory on-line at Tri-Lakes I noticed that they had a used 2022 F-150 with only 12,000 miles on it and that vehicle had the technology we were looking for. What a pleasant surprise when we called back and spoke with Lori Usery, our sales professional, to find out that Tri-Lakes was going to allow us to purchase this used truck and honor the same trade value and agreement as if we were purchasing that new F-150. Not many dealerships are so honest that no matter what vehicle you want the trade in offer is the same value on new or used. Tri-Lakes offered us top dollar on our trade and gave us a great price on the vehicle we found. A deal could not be more fair than that!!! The staff at Tri-Lakes were all great to work with from our Sales Professional Lori Usery, to the Sales Manager Brady Williams, to their Finance Manager Carey Wooldridge.
