My wife and I came to Tricounty first to look for a pre-owned vehicle for our daughter who just got her license. We found a Matrix 2006 that she liked immediately. I had been to another dealer in the area armed with a quote from that dealer that I obtained though Consumer's Reports. The dealer did not have the truck I was looking to get and tried to sell a 2014 at quote from that dealer that I obtained though Consumer's Reports. My experience buying a new truck was very good. I did not get as much for my truck as I expected, but my insurance company put on CARFAX that in a minor accident my airbags deployed, and it never happened, b get as much for my truck as I expected, but my insurance company put on CARFAX that in a minor accident my airbags deployed, and it never happened, but since this was on CARFAX there was nothing to do. It never happened but it shows up on CARFAX and that is why I did not get as much for my trade in. Other than that my experience was very good. From my experience, I would recommend Tri County Toyota. Friendly people to work with. More
