I went to Tri County Toyota for assistance and was directed to Dean Armstrong in Detail. Dean was very patient, helpful and professional. Dean was able to remove the substance, then washed the area three times. He also checked the entire car and wiped everything down. Dean's help was very much appreciated. Thank you Tri County Toyota! Kelly Coghill and Camry LE to the Rescue I recently traded in my 2004 Camry LE and purchased a 2014 Honda Accord EX. Three weeks into driving the Accord the front seat became more and more u I recently traded in my 2004 Camry LE and purchased a 2014 Honda Accord EX. Three weeks into driving the Accord the front seat became more and more uncomfortable. I was constantly adjusting the seat while driving and it felt like my body was under constant tension from feet, to legs, to back, to shoulders, neck and arms. The pain and discomfort became so bad that I decided to call Tri-County Toyota's sales department and look into trading the Accord in, at a huge loss, and buying a used Camry since I knew the seat and car worked so well for me in the 1999 and 2004 Camrys I owned previously. I reluctantly called the dealership and Kelly Coghill answered the phone. My experience could not have been better from the minute I first spoke to Kelly until the time I drove happily away in my 2011 Camry LE. Kelly listened to me carefully as I explained the discomfort of the Accord seat and was very understanding. Kelly let me drive several used cars the next weekend, but I couldn't quite walk away from the Accord thinking that I would feel better over time and all would be okay. Kelly understood that I wasn't playing games or shopping at other dealerships and he knew I was looking for a long-term relationship with Tri-County Toyota. Kelly understood and appreciated what I said and did not make me feel bad for walking away. A week later the discomfort was worse so I called Kelly and said I wanted to drive the 2011 Camry I drove the week before. Given the stakes and my concern about the Camry seat working for me, Kelly gave me the car for the entire morning, which I drove for about 2.5 hours. I was able to determine that the car would work and bought it that afternoon. How many salespeople and dealerships would allow someone to do that? During the purchase process I had the pleasure of working with Melissa who provided me with financing and warranty options, and never pressured me to buy warranties I didn't need the way the Piazza Honda dealership did. During the process of test driving and buying I let Kelly and Melissa know that while the financial hit was significant, the people at Tri-County helped me feel very good about the situation. Knowing that the service manager Rick Osche and advisor Todd Gilbert were there to take care of the new Camry and continue to take care of my wife's RAV4, as they have done so well over past 4 years, made this as good a situation as it could be given the circumstance. The overall point of my review is to let people know that they can expect excellent service in every way and a great long-term relationship, not just with their car, but also with everyone at Tri-County Toyota. Thank you Kelly, thank you Melissa and thank you Rick and Todd for all you've done and will do to help Jill and me keep our cars safely on the road for many years to come. The Camry is terrific in every way, especially the seat, and I could not be happier driving the car and looking forward to service visits.
