Service Department High Prices I recently had my Toyota Rav4 serviced in the month of October 2014. The service rep (Jack) who works at the dealership was unable to answer most of m I recently had my Toyota Rav4 serviced in the month of October 2014. The service rep (Jack) who works at the dealership was unable to answer most of my questions and continued to explain that he has only been there for 2 months, instead of trying to get answers. My main complaint is that they are not completely honest about the prices and charge higher prices as compared to other service centers. Specifically, replacement of front brake pads and rotors cost 393 (including 140 for labor), and 285 to replace the rear brake pads and resurface rotors (200 for labor), and 129 to flush power brake fluid, for a grand total of 807. To put this into perspective, I found out that Toyota Ardmore dealership is currently offering a 99.95 Front or Rear brake special (this includes brakes and labor). This may not include rotors, but is still cheaper. I noticed that they easily manipulate their prices, and not all customers pay the same prices for labor. I also noticed that they have a high rate of turnover, which usually indicates there are issues. I also noticed that the shuttle service no longer offers their Drivers the use of cell phones, so they have to blow their horn loudly for pickups and there is no way to get a hold of the driver if need be. I am disappointed with Tricounty Toyota located in Limerick. More

Excellent Service Manager - John Rutherford I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership and have had it serviced regularly by Tri County Toyota Scion primarily because it was the closest dea I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership and have had it serviced regularly by Tri County Toyota Scion primarily because it was the closest dealership to my house. In the past, I have not been overly impressed with the sales department or the service department because the level of customer service/quality of service was inconsistent depending on who you deal with at the dealership. Recently, I went in to have 4 tires replaced and unfortunately, the tech had rushed and scratched 3 of 4 alloy wheels that were in perfect condition prior to the service. I immediately spoke to John Rutherford (service manager) regarding my issue and he rectified it to my 100% complete satisfaction. I was really impressed with his level of professionalism and his prompt attention to make it right. I will keep coming to TriCounty for sales and service because of individuals like John Rutherford. More
