I was very nervous and just wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. As soon as I walked in to Tri-County I was greeted, and felt sense of friendship among the workers. Although my original choice was a 2014 corolla the specific one I wanted had already been sold. So, after making the trip from where I live to Tri-county the least I could do is test drive the 2015 model and think about my options. After my test-drive I knew I could not leave there with out one. Michael Bertino, was my consultant and he was very easy going and made me feel comfortable. He was very honest and straight to the point, he didn't beat around the bush. I told him what I wanted and in return he showed me what they had and my options, and NEVER pressured me to step up from my original choice but also never made me lower my standards. He could tell I knew what I wanted and had done my research and made sure I enjoyed the car and thought about my options. Everyone at Tri-County that night was very patient and friendly. I was not prepared to leave with a car that night, and if you've ever purchased a car before you know how long the process can take. Mike and John Gerber stayed very late that night helping me buy my very first car and I am very happy with my service and price. The dealership Advantage program is also a PLUS and even though I thought at first my price was higher than expected, now looking back at all the benefits I get, the service I received and how AMAZING my car is... I know my first car buying story will always be a positive one! Sales Manager and Finance Manager were very helpful and nice. There was no pressure/no hype. They gave me good price and very patient with me. They also gave me good trade-in value for my car and saved me money by offering to transfer my old plates. They also saved me money by letting me charge portion of my down payment so I can earn reward points on my credit card ! Overall I had very good experience with Tri-County Toyota and I did lease a new Toyota car from them. More

Service Every single time we make an appointment for service on our cars, we have an issue when we show up for the appointment. First they say not to schedule on-line because the systems "do not talk" so next time we called and got there, same thing. We bought 2 RAV 4's on the same day in May 2013 and that part of the experience was awesome. I just can not figure out how our appointments never appear when we show up. More
