He provided knowledgeable answers to all my questions, lots of patience and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process (I did not feel badgered once). I ended up 2 days later with a NEW 2015 RAV4, which I just LUV! It’s been over a week now, and I’m so happy with my purchase and with the excellent customer service I received at Tri-County. More

While I have always received very good service on my car, I sometimes felt the service advisors were a bit indifferent in their approach as customer service reps. Having worked the Customer Service industry 45+ years, this really annoyed me......until my last service appointment. Wow, what a big difference! From the moment I pulled my car into the garage to the moment I left, I was pleasantly greeted, Service Advisor, Todd Gilbert handled everything from start to finish. He took his time to explain to me the service that was performed, what "we" need to keep an eye on and what would be looked at again at the next service appointment. I felt so relieved to finally have an advisor take a genuine interest in my vehicle and me as the customer. Thank you Todd Gilbert! More

No high pressure from the salesman! While my intent was to shop for a one or two year old Camry, I ended up with a beautiful new Camry XSE. Michael Colombraro showed me all of the used cars and while I was getting the information and pricing on them, I started to look around at the new model year and soon was leaning in that direction. Michael answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the various advantages of a new car versus a used car and worked up comparative costs of each. After approximately five hours of "conversations", we settled on the deal that worked best for me and I actually left that evening with my new car. No pressure, just solid information that made my decision easy. I am very pleased with my new car and have received many compliments on how good it looks. Thanks Toyota and thanks Michael. More

Like pulling teeth... but ultimately satisfied. Purchased a used 2005 Lincoln last Wednesday from Mike Moffa. Had to negotiate a bit harder than I would have liked for a reasonable deal, but ultimately I'm satisfied. Mike was quite pleasant to deal with and returned to the dealership after his normal hours that day when I called him to let him know I was coming back (after driving to Baltimore to look at another car that I ultimately did not want). Disappointments: only one key and fob, rear floormats missing, lighter not working (to plug in my cell phone for the two hour drive home), aftermarket rain shields over the windows not removed like I asked when the car was cleaned up, final bill of sale as initially presented didn't match handwritten one (multiple typos - they weren't trying to pack the deal at the last minute, which I have experienced in the past elsewhere). Positives: Mike, ultimately a decent deal. More

We saw an advert for 2013 Toyota Highlander which we liked and inquired about the car online. Within a short time we received call from a sales lady offering to have us test drive the vehicle. We made an appointment and went to see the car. Abby Zeberski greeted us at Tri County Toyota and immediately took us for a test drive. Along the way she briefed us on the history and features of the car. We really liked the car and the cheerful and professional attitude of Abby made our decision that much easy to go for it. Abby and the staff at Tri County Toyota helped us finalize the deal and took care of the paperwork involved in a very efficient way. Next day we were the proud owner of the car and able to drive it away. Few days later we received call from Abby to check if all was OK, this follow up was really appreciated. We would recommend Tri County Toyota to anyone looking to buy new or used car. More
