disappointed I went in 2/3 to trade in for a used Mazda on the lot to be told the bank wouldn't approve a loan for it, but we're happy to approve it on a brand new I went in 2/3 to trade in for a used Mazda on the lot to be told the bank wouldn't approve a loan for it, but we're happy to approve it on a brand new scion ia. I was excited since I never thought I'd have a brand new car. The financing process was grea but the rest not so much. Before leaving I tried putting my radio on & couldn't get it to turn on. I just thought I wasn't as savy to the new technology in it so I just brushed it off and went home (I had my 3 year old with me and had been there with her for 3 hours). After trying to figure it out the following days I finally took it back to them to have it looked at. Turns out the radio was broke and they have to order me a new one. Here I am still with no music. I found out they are still searching for a radio to order for me but after a week they never called me telling me they were still looking. Beyond pissed they sold me a car, brand new at that, that didn't work fully and I was never shown, nor offered to be shown, anything in the car when I purchased it. If I had it would have been caught that night. More
