We went to Tricounty prepared but not expecting a sale. Though not prearranged, Greg, the sales person was extremely courteous, helpful and patient. We ended up buying on the spot and my wife happily drove it home. Bob the general manager was also very pleasant and sincere. They have a huge selection and a clean service area. The lounge is clean and quiet though lacking the usual perks like gourmet coffee but then we weren't there for that. More

Disappointed with Car & Sale Price. Cheaper Price on New Car Disappointed. This used 2015 Corolla smells of Cigarettes. I received NO paperwork on what this 2015 Corolla is equipped with, nor my purchase contain Disappointed. This used 2015 Corolla smells of Cigarettes. I received NO paperwork on what this 2015 Corolla is equipped with, nor my purchase contains (Total Care, etc...). I did receive the Lease paperwork. While driving, inside mirror fell off windshield. New 2016 Corolla cheaper elsewhere. I could have purchased a NEW car with no Cigarette smell!!. No one returns my calls to Tri-County Toyota to correct. my issues. I have NEVER complained about a car purchase before. NOTE: I purchased 3 Toyota (1 Corolla and 2 Camry's) elsewhere. I am so Disappointed. More

They were understanding and informative throughout the process. Nick went the extra mile in meeting our budget exactly! It's really nice to buy from a local dealership and work with people whom you can tell actually care about their customers. We are thrilled with our new (certified preowned!) Great dealership! My husband and I were met at the door by Greg Madrzykowski. We told him our Toyota lease was due to expire in June and we were looking either to purc My husband and I were met at the door by Greg Madrzykowski. We told him our Toyota lease was due to expire in June and we were looking either to purchase or lease another Camry. Greg jotted down some information and then said "Let's look at some Camrys and see what you like". Of course, we loved the 2013 Camry that we had, so looking at new ones were relatively the same. Greg showed us an upgrade, which we felt in love with. Just a few $'s more a month..... We test drove the car and we were hooked. I would recommend Greg (although I wish his last name was Smith) for any car purchases that you are interested. All our questions were answered promptly (he had all the answers). Greg hooked up our phones to the Bluetooth. Greg showed us some new bells and whistles that were not on the 2013 model. Oh yes, we got heated seats! Thanks so much Greg, we are so pleased with our new Parisian Blue Camry! More
