Worked with Mark Robertson for the 3rd time on the 4th new car I have either leased (RAV4 & Corolla) or purchased (2 Camry's)through this delaership in the past 7 years. Because of my busy schedule, my familiarity with Mark, the dealeship and the product, I worked most of the deal over the phone and there were no surprises when I cam in to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car. I know many people dread the car buying experience, but my experience at Tri County has always been enjoyable and without incident. On our search for a new car Rich Palaia is the only person who approached me and my husband. At the other dealerships we visited we were never approached, if we wanted to talk to someone we had to sear person who approached me and my husband. This year I not only received a substantial amount for my trade in to buy a new car but received 2 years of free maintenance. This is an added bonus from Toyota and I feel they care about me as a valued customer. The service department has always been flexible with weekend hours and makes the experience of waiting for your car to be serviced short, which can be time consuming. I have experienced a recall on my previous car and was notified immediately and it was repaired with no hassle. Also an added plus for my return. Thank you Toyota! More

There is one thing. I am not pleased with the service department. They aren't very friendly and they have a condescending tone. But, the unfriendly service department won't keep me from returning to Tri County and Glenn to buy my cars. I'll get my car serviced elsewhere. More
