On July 18 I took my care in without an appointment because it made a terribly loud noise. I was at the dealer for my first 5,000 mi maintenance service, they said it would take 45 minutes and I could wait. I did wait, they had wifi service so I could keep working and my car was done within 4 service, they said it would take 45 minutes and I could wait. I also learned that all I need to do is pull up to the garage and pull my car directly into the bay which will make my next visit even easier! The employee's were great too! We had an error with our last service visit; they didn't fix the repair or communicate this with us. It was discovered several days later while we were on vacation. We have been a customer of this dealership since 2002 and this was the first error/ mistake made with our service. Have been to Tri County for several service appointments and they always treat me with respect and go above and beyond. They notified me of a recall notice and replaced the part immediately. We got an amazing deal on the exact vehicle that we were looking for with no pressure and no uneeded extras.
