The staff of Tri-County Toyota have always been courteous and accommodating in scheduling my service requests to the best of their ability. Calls are returned. Recently, a loaner was offered by Christie when I didn't know it came with the 50,000 mile tune-up. When tires were needed, the decision of make was mine, not theirs. It was also explained to me where and how to find the tire size by Bob. I appreciate the learning. Cashier/receptionist is also very knowledgeable. I always get a thank you. More
