Both Mike and Bob were friendly and easy to deal with and spent significant time and effort locating the model Highlander we wished to purchase. We found the volume of the showroom music to be too loud especially when the speaker is directly overhead at the desk where business is being conducted. More

I was greeted with a friendly hand shake and a warm smile.I was there to look at a used truck. I was shown what I requested that I was interested in. We talked and looked around. I drove away with a new truck.Everyone was so wonderful.I felt like I was visiting a friend. I experienced a warm family feeling, they maked me feel right at home. So don't waste your time,gas or energy go straight to Tri County. I went to a lot of dealerships and none made me a deal like them.I paid for a new truck what i would of paid for a used one anywhere else.Plus I got extra at no extra cost. Thank you Mario. More
People in the service department talked after hours by phone with me to help me resolve the problem I was having (charging a dead battery), and then fit me in without an appointment for an "emergency repa phone with me to help me resolve the problem I was having (charging a dead battery), and then fit me in without an appointment for an "emergency repair" the next day. Helpful, expedient, great waiting area with wi-fi, and they even answered some questions I had about another car which I hadn't even purchased there! As usual, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. First I'd like to say that all of my experiences at T-C Toyota (sales & service) have been great - until now. Recently, I brought my SUV in for what I thought would be replacement of an under-warranty ite Toyota (sales & service) have been great - until now. Recently, I brought my SUV in for what I thought would be replacement of an under-warranty item. (Backstory - a part was found to be non-working by another service center) While describing the problem to Todd Gilbert he immediately came across as standoffish, confrontational, and at times, combative - Dare I ask for at least a smile upon greeting him?! Instead of being grateful for my bringing work to T-C he instead had little patience for me and my SUV's need for service especially after being originally worked on by another service center. He would not listen to the details of what happened nor would he accept the fact that the part had not been broken by the other service center – although he was adamant that it was (it wasn't!). He wasn't interested in knowing that I contacted my Warranty company who indicated the part would be covered (he said it will not be covered) and he had little to no care of my concern for payment of a diagnostic (separate issue @ $99/hr) even if the problem could not be determined. All in all, I have never worked with such an unfriendly and ungrateful person in the auto care industry. Should I choose to give future work to T-C I certainly will never work again with Todd Gilbert. More
