My husband was looking for cars on the internet & decided to make a trip to Tri-county Toyota. Since we already own a Camry, we knew we would happy with another Toyota. On my first visit to Tri-County Toyota, I had a negative experience with Kelly Coghill (Sales). On a return visit, after requesting to work with another Sales Consultant, I had a more positive visit with Mi experience with Kelly Coghill (Sales). Michael took time to really listen to what I did and did not want in my next vehicle and allowed me to test drive the Prius, Corolla and Camry so I could determine which of the three vehicles was right for me. Michael Moffa (Sales)kept in touch with me via telephone between when the deal was made (Saturday) and when I took delivery of the vehicle five days later (Thursday). During those 5 days, aftermarket items were ordered and installed. The work was done correctly, in a timely manner and to my specifications. I feel Toyota makes a quality product. My interactions with other members of the staff at Tri-County Toyota were positive. I feel I received a fair price for my trade-in, which was a late model, very low mileage vehicle, and I negotiated a fair price for purchasing my new Toyota Camry without financing. More

They were honest and helpful through the entire process, and kept their promise for the trade-in value of our prior vehicle. Nick was our Salesman and was very knowledgeable about the preowned RAV4 that we ended up buying. He showed us all the features and answered all of our questions during the test drive. When we picked it up he synced up our phone within a few minutes and again went over the different controls on the car. He also gave us a tour of the service area so that we would be comfortable knowing where to go when we brought our car in for service. After we got home we had a minor problem with the glove box not closing. We called Nick and he said to come right back and he would "make it right". We drove back and within a few minutes Nick had popped out the glove box, pushed down on the cabin filter cover (which was not pushed in all the way) and the glove box was as good as new and could now close. Overall Nick was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Guy was the "closer". When we were on the fence about buying the car, Guy came in to talk to us to seal the deal. He was a good guy who was down to earth and made some good points regarding the price we were getting it for, the interest rate and the quality of the car.
