Terrible experience at Lexus of Little Falls. I came in for routine maintenance with a car wash included and ended up being there for over 3 hours. Over the phone, I was told it would take about I came in for routine maintenance with a car wash included and ended up being there for over 3 hours. Over the phone, I was told it would take about 45 minutes. When I arrived, I was told 1–1.25 hours. After waiting 1.5 hours, I asked for an update and was told “20 more minutes,” which turned into another 40 minutes, followed by another 25 minutes before I finally got my car. I don’t mind waiting when I know what to expect. What I do mind is being given inaccurate time estimates that prevent me from planning my day accordingly. If I had been told from the beginning that it would take 3+ hours, I could have planned around it. To make matters worse, my car came back with stains it did not have when I dropped it off on the door handle and passenger seat. I spoke with the director, who offered to clean it. They removed the seat stain but I was still left with a stain on my door handle. And as I was leaving, one of the employees moving cars almost hit my car because he didn’t see me coming. I spent over three hours there and somehow left with my car dirtier than when I arrived, frustrated, and feeling like my time was completely disregarded.
