The cracked mirror that costs over 600 to replace and the oil leak for starters, given that they are a service dept as well, we were astounded that they wouldn't fix it and we had to buy as is. They submitted the credit app and came back to say "there isn't anything we can offer you, if you can get your own financing that would be best" then handed me a paper with a credit score that I knew was incorrect, even showing on my phone that it wasn't correct. He explained that those "types of apps" are not accurate. Offered us to put a 500 deposit on vehicle so they wouldn't sell it while we had to go do the financing they were incapable of, stated it would go toward price of car but if we didn't buy, it was non-refundable. We left, headed back the 1 1/2 hours, went straight to the bank, had a check in hand within 15 mins, the loan officer made note that the score was 200 points higher then they gave me and she would question them as to where they got this info if she was me. Called them to let them know we would be back on the way, he refused to wait until we could get there because they were closing soon and said there was someone coming in 30 mins to test drive it. (even though they were closing soon). They asked for a picture of the check to prove I had it and told me to come back at 9 the next morning. After 6 hours total of commuting and being the daughter of a retired car salesman, I respect the hustle and process it takes as business is earned, I do not respect this dealership and no further business is earned. We didn't find out that the warranty began 90 days after we owned it, until we were signing the sale papers. There was only one key fob, was told the price of the second, and we offered to pay for half, which was $115, which we did. Didn't know that Sirius XM came with the car until we'd had it for 2 1/2 months, and Sirius called us to renew. They wouldn't give us the free time we'd already missed. Windshield washers didn't work, which we didn't know until we needed to use them. One was actually broken. We had those repaired at our time and expense. When we called Tri County to complain about this, they did said they were sorry, but did not offer any compensation. More
