The service was excellent I arrived at the dealership around 6:30 and was greeted by Carmen Buffington right away. The car I wanted, I ended up not being able to purchase due to high milage, but Carmen and her manager quickly pointed out another car that I might be interested in. I looked at the car and fell in love with it immediately. Carmen went above and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted. She is very good at what she does and I really enjoyed working with her. Love this place I went to Tri-county Ford because my Dad had went there about 15 years ago and had a great experience. Carmen Buffington was the lovely lady that cam I went to Tri-county Ford because my Dad had went there about 15 years ago and had a great experience. Carmen Buffington was the lovely lady that came to help me. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions easily. Carmen continued to make me feel comfortable, which was not the case during my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership. She made my car buying experience just as awesome as my Dad's was there those 15 years ago. I was surprised to find out that Carmen was actually fairly new to the car industry. So I suggest that everyone go to Tri- County Ford and ask for Carmen. Also wanted to add that the other gentlemen there not only recognized my Dad but remembered the van he bought also, this place just makes you feel like family and that buying a car can be a good experience.
