The service was excellent I arrived at the dealership around 6:30 and was greeted by Carmen Buffington right away. The car I wanted, I ended up not being able to purchase due to high milage, but Carmen and her manager quickly pointed out another car that I might be interested in. I looked at the car and fell in love with it immediately. Carmen went above and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted. She is very good at what she does and I really enjoyed working with her. Carmen Buffington was the lovely lady that came to help me. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions easily. Carmen continued to make me feel comfortable, which was not the case during my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership. She made my car buying experience just as awesome as my Dad's was there those 15 years ago. I was surprised to find out that Carmen was actually fairly new to the car industry. So I suggest that everyone go to Tri- County Ford and ask for Carmen. Also wanted to add that the other gentlemen there not only recognized my Dad but remembered the van he bought also, this place just makes you feel like family and that buying a car can be a good experience. We purchase a New Ford Escape from this dealer in November 2013. The buying experience was great. I dreaded buying a new car. But Bo made the process go very smooth and most importantly, pushed me to November 2013. The buying experience was great. I dreaded buying a new car. But Bo made the process go very smooth and most importantly, pushed me to do the "right things" when we were making decisions. And he did so in a complete professional manner. He will be the first salesman I head for when I go to make the next purchase. There were two issues that took sometime to get resolved - an intermittent cruise control that would stop working, or sometime not work at all, and the keyless entry pad not working. The dealership was persistent in getting it fixed, and provided a loaner care for the for time they had to keep it because the cruise had to be "broke" before parts could be replaced. With an intermittent problem like that, it doesn't take too long before a customer begins to regret the purchase after 30 years of buying from a different manufacturer. Ford needs to find some way to be a little more flexible with the dealers in situations like this so the customer doesn't get so frustrated. Once the dealership got the ok to fix it - it was fixed right and has stayed fixed !! They have a great brand new service facility and Barry, one of the service coordinators could not be nicer to deal with. We love the way the Escape drives, the mileage it is getting (the Ecoboost is REALLY sweet), and hopefully with these two issues resolved, we'll be a Ford fan, and a TriCounty fan for many years. More
