Absolutely amazing dealership on all aspects! This was my first time buying from a dealership and i think i might have had the best experience i will ever have. I was searching for a specific vehicle and this dealership had it, a rare, Nassau blue stick shift corvette. Myself living in Florida, i had to speak over the phone and through internet first. The sales associate i dealt with, Josh, was amazing. Very professional and incredibly nice. Throughout all of our phone and internet conversations, he answered everything that i asked quickly and didn't leave anything out. Once i decided i wanted to purchase the Corvette, i flew up to Kentucky and Josh picked me up from the airport, wasn't expecting that but it was definitely appreciated. The car was just about exactly as i had presumed and was told it would be. The buying process was much quicker and smoother than i had anticipated, from first offer to closed deal was only about 40 minutes, if that. After i purchased the car is when i was even more impressed with the dealership. With my ridiculous luck, i ran over a piece of debris that popped out of a truck and it ripped a hole in my right rear tire. Mind you this was only about a 1/4 a mile away from the dealership. I limped the car back and this is where their great service and hospitality shined. Josh immediately got on the phone and started calling local tire shops to see if anyone had that size tire in stock. (the ford dealership didn't carry this size tire because it was for a Chevrolet Corvette) we found a tire shop and Josh drove me to go pick up the tire. This all happened at 5 o'clock on a Saturday and the service department had already closed. The Used car manager opened up the service bay, put the car on a lift, and changed out the tire HIMSELF! After the tire fiasco had been resolved i was on my long drive home back to Florida in my new (to me) corvette. I cant even put into words how impressed i am with the entire dealership, every single person i spoke with was polite, engaging, friendly, and was just a genuinely nice person. I would recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone, thanks again Josh. More

I was able to relax once I realized that there was no reason to feel intimated when all the employees were so kind and willing to put up with our constant questions. Our salesman, Dean Boeh, was like a long-lost cousin, just as friendly as can be. So were all the others involved with the deal. We felt no pressure whatever and actually enjoyed the time there. The salesroom was clean and spotless. We just got our new 2015 Taurus yesterday. It came within a month of ordering it and has everything on it we wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful and there was no pressure. Everyone did their jobs with a smile on their face and went above and beyond to get me in the car I chose. It was well worth the hour drive from my home to Tri-County Ford. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The sales manager worked with me on price, the finance manager worked to get me a lower interest rate and Josh Westerfield my salesman was sweet and funny which took the stress out of buying a car. I tried to prepare myself for the transition even prior to leaving; I had searched many vehicle that I would consider upon my return, I had visited 3 other dealerships but it was Tri-County Ford and Dean Boeh that was Hands Down my decision. I cannot say about how AMAZING my experience was, I was treated very personable, NOT like I was JUST another customer. I went in unsure of what I actually wanted and I was afforded all the time I needed and test drove more than one model so I could make my decision, at no time did I feel rushed and all my questions were answered. The sale man went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for and had it delivered to that location for my purchase. I wish other of my "return home" experiences had been this easy.
