Excellent help with repairing my 2015 Escape I’ve recently had an issue with the fuel system on my 2015 For Escape which I purchased from Tri-Co Ford in Buckner, KY. I’ve been here 4 times fo I’ve recently had an issue with the fuel system on my 2015 For Escape which I purchased from Tri-Co Ford in Buckner, KY. I’ve been here 4 times for the same issue. I thot that I had a premium warranty coverage that we purchased when we bought the vehicle. Dean Boeh, who was the sales rep that sold us the vehicle was a terrific help in clearing up some confusion surrounding what type of warranty coverage that we actually had. Dean uncovered the error and was able to help us get our vehicle repairs taken care of with the accurate warranty information. I had told the service tachnician that if they weren’t able to get it repaired that I was prepared to “dump the car” and wasn’t going to drive an unsafe vehicle. Dean apparently overheard my comment to the service tech and he approached me about what I said & he asked me what the problem was with my vehicle. I told Dean that I have been a loyal Ford customer for many years and explained why I was a loyal customer. He sensed my frustration & investigated the issue with the problem with both the vehicle and the warranty, which I assured him was an extended, premium warranty. Dean looked into the matter with the warranty and found that an error had been made concerning the type warranty coverage we actually had. I’ve the vehicle to the service department 4 times and they’ve yet to track down the problem. But now the vehicle will be repaired & is covered properly. Dean Boeh is an awesome sales rep and I would buy another Ford vehicle from him specifically and from this dealership, Tri-Co Ford, Buckner, KY. He has been a terrific help and I’m very thankful for his persistence in finding out the solution to our warranty issue and was very sympathetic in understanding my frustration with the problems associated with my vehicle problem. Hopefully, the service department will find the proper fix for my vehicle and I’ll continue to enjoy driving my Ford Escape. Thank you Dean Boeh for your kindness, persistence, and providing excellent service to a customer who needed help with the vehicle I gladly purchased it from/through you. I will definitely recommend you and Tri-Co Ford to anyone who is in need of a good dependable vehicle and know you can be counted on to provide ongoing customer service and satisfaction.
