The friendly and knowledgeable salesmen worked hard to make these purchases enjoyable and expedited the process so we weren't there all day. He was great to deal with and we never felt the usual headache, pressured sales or any type of “numbers game” that unfortunately seems to be present when buying a new car (as a side note, we had just left another Ford dealership in the Louisville area, earlier that afternoon, which employed those type of tactics. So needless to say, they lost a sale). Stan was a great salesman to deal with as well as manager Manny Rodriguez and finance employee Gary West. The wife loves her new 2019 Ford Explorer Platinum.
