Great experience and purchased a vehicle. I had been searching for a newer model Ford F-150 and saw there ad on Auto Trader. Way to Go! I test drove a 2019 Escape last week. We researched it along with other cars, and made our decision based on the data we gathered. We called our sal I test drove a 2019 Escape last week. We researched it along with other cars, and made our decision based on the data we gathered. We called our salesman Scott Heffernan to give him a heads up that we were coming in to purchase the Escape I test drove. When we arrived, he had pulled the white Escape up to the building and invited me to go take another look, which I did and it looked great. But when I walked back in the showroom the black Escape on display caught my eye — it wasn’t just the shiny black color, it was the leather interior and sport wheels. I changed my mind and went with the black sport model. They took it out of the showroom to the service department to make it ready for me to drive home, while Scott started over on the paperwork. We were all done in a little over two hours — not bad! Scott Heffernan was very knowledgeable and patient. He made the process almost painless! I’m happy with this car. The seats are very comfortable and it is a very nice, roomy ride. More

To be honest, I'm very pessimistic of car dealerships, due to bad experiences in the past. This was a totally different experience. I had been keeping an eye on the Red 2014 F-150 online for about a month or so, and when We finely decided that this was the vehicle we really wanted, we checked into availability. Jennifer Glass let us know it still was and we made the drive to check out the Truck. When we arrived we met Scott Heffernan and we told him what we were there to see. He went and brought the truck around and offered to let us test drive it, I asked where he was going to sit, since my wife was with me, and he told me he wasn't going with us! MIND BLOWN! we ended up loving the vehicle, and decided to make the purchase. We had already had a pre-approval for the loan through a local bank, but Harlan checked to see if he could do us a better rate, and he was able to beat the great rate we already had. The whole experience was amazing, and at no point were there any pressure tactics used. I will definitely have them at the top of my list, when its time to replace the wife's car More
