Great Dealership I am retired, on Social Security and have a strict budget. I have only had to go back to have a problem fixed three times other than recalls. They inspect their automobiles very carefully and make sure they are in A-1 condition before you drive them off the lot. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car new or used. More

Poor Follow Up My truck needed new axle bearings in the front end. The truck is running well now so it seems the actual work was good by the technician. Parts had to be ordered so I was to get a call to bring my truck back in once they received all of them. After two weeks of hearing nothing I called and left a message to get an updated but I never heard back from my service adviser. Another week and still nothing so I called the service department manager and left him a message never to hear back. Finally a month later I call again and reached someone who looked and saw that they had all the parts needed for a few weeks at this point. Poor customer service, poor follow up! More
