Disappointed for the first time with timeliness of project Staff was courteous and apologetic when the vehicle was making the same noise after they had worked on the vehicle for three days. I needed the car to go out of town on a pre-planned trip so left unable to use air conditioning fan above a 2 speed. After they determined it was warranty work they provided a rental car the last day of the three days. I took car in on Tuesday after I got home. They once again provided a rental and finally after four days in the garage corrected the issue of noise in the air conditioning system. The delays were not the service I have been accustomed to at the dealership. More

Service Guess I should have known the dealership charges an outrageous profit for simple work. Had the oil changes and received a call about needing to replace the air and cabin filter. Was charged $80 dollars for both but after I looked up the prices they were available for a mere $30. Just saying $50 is a lot of Profit on labor and mark up for a 5-10 minute job. More

One small glitch this time (computer, not dealer) was that I had made my appointment online and when I arrived, was told they didn't see me in the system. That said, what is important is that the took my car in anyway, serviced it within the hour while I waited and had me out with a smile and a fair service cost. I drive up from Middletown and will continue to do so. This will also be the first place I shop when the time comes for a replacement vehicle. More

For example you can go to carmax and they have a good selection, nice showroom,but no real service after your purchase....But ultimately we came back to tricounty cause we wanted another ford vehicle. Ford supports our local economy in Louisville they are fantastically built here at home. Tricounty was very fair on our trade in and has a beautiful selection, a great sales team and the best service and a great detailing shop. The salesman was friendly and helped us get a great deal.
