One small glitch this time (computer, not dealer) was that I had made my appointment online and when I arrived, was told they didn't see me in the system. That said, what is important is that the took my car in anyway, serviced it within the hour while I waited and had me out with a smile and a fair service cost. I drive up from Middletown and will continue to do so. This will also be the first place I shop when the time comes for a replacement vehicle. More

For example you can go to carmax and they have a good selection, nice showroom,but no real service after your purchase....But ultimately we came back to tricounty cause we wanted another ford vehicle. Ford supports our local economy in Louisville they are fantastically built here at home. Tricounty was very fair on our trade in and has a beautiful selection, a great sales team and the best service and a great detailing shop. The salesman was friendly and helped us get a great deal. Great Dealership I am retired, on Social Security and have a strict budget. The salesman and finance department worked to get me in a car I could afford and payments I could handle with my budget. This is the fourth auto I have bought from this dealership. I have only had to go back to have a problem fixed three times other than recalls. They inspect their automobiles very carefully and make sure they are in A-1 condition before you drive them off the lot. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car new or used. More
