Took way too long Made appointment for oil change and to have rear defroster checked. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of 8:00 appointment. They did not get me finished until 1 Made appointment for oil change and to have rear defroster checked. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of 8:00 appointment. They did not get me finished until 11:30. Noting wrong with rear defroster. So defroster was just checked. So basically 3 1/2 hours for a oil change. Totally unacceptable. I will buy filter from parts and take some where else. More
