Took way too long Made appointment for oil change and to have rear defroster checked. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of 8:00 appointment. They did not get me finished until 1 Made appointment for oil change and to have rear defroster checked. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of 8:00 appointment. They did not get me finished until 11:30. Noting wrong with rear defroster. So defroster was just checked. So basically 3 1/2 hours for a oil change. Totally unacceptable. I will buy filter from parts and take some where else. More

Disappointed for the first time with timeliness of project Staff was courteous and apologetic when the vehicle was making the same noise after they had worked on the vehicle for three days. I needed the car to Staff was courteous and apologetic when the vehicle was making the same noise after they had worked on the vehicle for three days. I needed the car to go out of town on a pre-planned trip so left unable to use air conditioning fan above a 2 speed. After they determined it was warranty work they provided a rental car the last day of the three days. I took car in on Tuesday after I got home. They once again provided a rental and finally after four days in the garage corrected the issue of noise in the air conditioning system. The delays were not the service I have been accustomed to at the dealership. More

Had the oil changes and received a call about needing to replace the air and cabin filter. Was charged $80 dollars for both but after I looked up the prices they were available for a mere $30. Just saying $50 is a lot of Profit on labor and mark up for a 5-10 minute job. More
