Service Disappointment I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my truck that Ford said should take about 1/2 day. When I droppped it off at 8:00 am on a Monday the servi I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my truck that Ford said should take about 1/2 day. When I droppped it off at 8:00 am on a Monday the service rep said it may be closer to all day. I understand, not a problem. I called at 2:45 pm to check on it and she said they hadn't started it yet and they wanted to keep it overnight. She also mentioned the recall required it to be kept overnight. I questioned why that was not brought to my attention by the recall letter or her when I dropped it off. Now the vehicle would not be ready until Wednesday morning, 48 hours after I dropped it off. It appears after talking to others the service department routinely over schedules and communication is poor. To their credit I insisted on being provided a vehicle to drive and they did provide me a rental car which I appreciated. Also when the truck was returned to me the tech left the passenger seat fully reclined like someone took a nap in it (not sure why the seat was reclined when they were working on the doors) and never wiped down the door panels or windows after completing the job. I will not be returning to this dealership for service or to purchase another vehicle. I will be purchasing 2 more trucks next year, but not from Tri-County Ford which is unfortunate since I live only 4 miles away. More

Taylor was very polite and didn’t seem to judge me and was able to sell me the vehicle I wanted .
