Great Went in for an oil change, sync had malfunctioned, and the ‘wrench light’ was coming on when auto engine stop was engaged. Just purchased a 2020 Explorer and I love it! Chip Steier was wonderful in helping me. The first one I looked at had a problem with the windshield.
